Rebecca La Plante, 22, is from Spokane, WA and a May 2007 graduate of Boston College where she earned a BA in Philosophy and Mathematics. Like many of the other FrancisCorps volunteers, Becca studied abroad in both Chile and Madrid. Her previous volunteer experience includes peer advising, tutoring and over 8 years of 4H club involvement and like our 'other' Rebecca, she loves to dance and was a member and choreographer of Boston College's Dance Club. Becca will serve in the day care program at Casa Maria and will assist her FrancisCorps community member Sara De Bruin as a Tutor/Mentor ministering to pre-teen girls.
